Do you ship to my country other than USA?

We ship to Canada, Australia and western Europe only. 
However we sell through eBay, and eBay may ship to your country. Please click here to visit our eBay store, and find out if they ship to you. 
For other option, please find shipping agencies in US. The shipping cost is vary depends on the weight of products. Please proceed to check out for the exact amount for your shipping cost before the payment. Please note that there may be custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied with to your shipment, and we are not responsible for those.

Can I use Magic Sing system in other country?

All Magic Sing systems are working from 100v to 240v in voltage. You may use the system in the most of countries.

What song chips are compatible to my system?

Why are there dark grey and silver cases for the song chips?

The manufacturer, Enter-tech, produces two different sizes of song chips. The dark grey is little smaller than silver case song chip. However, the chip inside is exactly same – only its case (cover) size is different. Since that causes confusion to our customers, we’ve started to ship out only the dark grey song chips which fit and are compatible to the all Magic Sing microphone systems.

What is Tagalog?

Tagalog is a language of Philippine.
However, since they are very influenced by US culture, there are many good American songs in the Tagalog systems.
The basic language is English, but about little less than half of built-in songs are Tagalog songs.

Do I have to login to place an order?

No, you do not have to login to place a order. However, you will have several benefits of membership such as

Is the shipping free?

Shipping is free on purchase within the U.S. only, but the expedite shipping options are available with extra charge. There will be shipping charge on purchase shipping to out of U.S. Please click here for the detail about shipping cost.

Why there is only UPS ground shipping option available?

If you place your order near Los Angeles area, you will not need to choose priority or express shipping options which cost you too much. UPS ground takes only 1 or 2 days to deliver to the most of area in California and Nevada. Since our system runs automatically, we hide those options to avoid from any mistake.

Do you charge sales tax?

All prices are in US Dollars. MagicSingKaraoke.net will have to collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state.  Sales tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.

For the international orders, there may be custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied with to your shipment, and we are not responsible for those.

I lost my password

If you are a registered member and lost your password, please go to ‘Sign In’ page and click ‘Forgot your password? ‘ next to the password input area. You may be asked for your email which you entered when you register.

I did not receive my confirmation email

When you purchase from MagicSing Store, you will receive a confirmation email like invoice for your purchase. If you do not receive this email, there will be several possible reasons. If you are a registered member, please check your ‘Profile’ if your email address is correct. If you are not, please contact us with your order ID number.

How do I return my order?

How do I cancel my order?

Orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for only following reasons.
– Item(s) not available.
– Difficult to process with information your provided like incorrect payment information
or shipping address.
– Duplicated orders are placed.
– When you email us before the shipping cut-off time. Please click here to contact us.

What is the recording pack used for?

The recording pack is the size of a regular Magic Sing song chip and is used for the ED-8000, ED-11000, EG-18000, ET-12K and ET-18K only to record yourself singing.

How long is the manufacturer warranty on the Magic Sing?

The manufacturer warranty is good for a year from the purchase of the microphone, and valid only when presenting original sales receipt.

What is not covered by the 1 year warranty?

The microphones are covered under the 1 year warranty, with the exception of the following things:
1. Tampering with the microphone (opening the microphone and trying to repair yourself or by a non-authorized Enter-tech repair center).
2. Battery leakage or explosion of batteries
3. Water damage
4. Physical or cosmetic damage includes and not limited to dropping the microphone, throwing the microphone or severing any of the wires because of misuse.

How do I get my warranty honored if I bought the microphone outside of US?

The microphones are NOT covered by the warranty if you purchased it from outside of US. What you can do is go to our customer service and download the SRO (Service Repair Order) form, include your original sales receipt (no copies will be accepted) and send a $15 money order to cover shipping. If you do not send all of the above items as specified you will be charged or your service will be delayed.
